The BIM Manager will play a key role in managing BIM workflow and ensuring any potential issues during LOD 400 modeling, clash detection, and data conversion is handled effectively. They will be responsible for working closely with the design team and construction team to ensure all disciplines are working in harmony. This person will be based at the project site during the coordination period (Lagos, Nigeria).

RESPONSIBILITIES
Implement, coordinate and enforce the BIM Execution Plan; which represents the collaboration between the contractor, design team, subcontractors, and the client.
BIM Manager will have primary responsibility for conducting coordination meetings, compositing coordination models, maintaining coordination issue logs, producing coordination drawings, executing coordination certification statements, coordinating changes with work package managers and subcontractors; providing critical 3D views for RFIs and handling coordination submittals.
Responsible for managing all BIM Processes for viewing and tracking the project throughout construction and closeout; including the use of BIM models for coordination and shop drawings.
Support the efficient cost and schedule project tracking in 4D and 5D modeling.
REQUIREMENTS
Bachelors degree in Architecture, Structural Engineering, MEP Engineering, or Construction Management
Five (5) years working experience on construction projects (preferably large scale design-build projects, $200m+)
Proficiency in BIM and CAD software (Revit and AutoCad)
Proficiency in P6
U.S. Citizenship (this position will require a U.S. Government Security Clearance at the SECRET level)
