Pernix International is embarking on a international data center initiative, and we’re looking for strong leaders and skilled professionals to join our team. We have multiple roles available in various departments, and we’re seeking both American expats and third-country nationals (TCNs) with 5+ years of experience in the following areas (this is non-negotiable):

Roles Available:

• Project Management

• Engineering (All Disciplines)

• Quality Assurance

• Schedulers

• Craft Labor (Civil, Mechanical, Electrical)
  ...and other specialized positions

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage all phases of construction for state-of-the-art data centers.

• Collaborate with global teams, ensuring all project milestones are met on time and within budget.

• Oversee the execution of project tasks, from planning through to successful completion.

• Ensure adherence to quality, safety, and regulatory standards.

• Foster a collaborative work environment across multiple disciplines and international teams.

Requirements:

• Minimum 5 years of experience in the data center construction industry (this is a non-negotiable requirement).

• Expertise in managing large-scale construction projects in a high-tech environment.

• Willingness to be assigned to project sites internationally.

• Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to manage cross-functional teams.

• Proficiency in project management software and tools.

• Cultural sensitivity and experience working with diverse teams, especially in international settings.
